Rodolfo Ivancovich, MD, is founder and member of the Education Department of Clínica de Especialidades Ortopédicas (CEO) in San José, Costa Rica. This is the first and only orthopedic multispecialty center in Costa Rica. Dr. Ivancovich has been dedicated to education, he was orthopedic surgery professor in Ciencias Médicas University (UCIMED), Costa Rica University and Internacional de las Américas University, actually he is teaching in Latina University. His main practice interests are orthopedic, sports-related injuries and arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery.
He is an international member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons; European Society of Sports Traumatology Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy; International Society Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine; Latin-American Orthopedic and Traumatology Society; Latin-American Society of de Arthroscopy, Knee and Sports Traumatology; Costa Rican College of Physician and Surgeons and Costa Rican Orthopedic Association.
Dr. Ivancovich is a national presenter and has written more than 10 publications (papers and book).
