Javier Gutierrez, MD, is founder and member of the Education Department of Clínica de Especialidades Ortopédicas (CEO) in San José, Costa Rica. This is the first and only orthopedic multispecialty center in Costa Rica. Dr. Gutierrez was the medical director of the physical therapy department of the Universidad Autonoma de Centro America (UACA for 5 years. His main practice interests are orthopedic, spine, both traumatic and degenerative conditions.
